Estimates are provided following consultation or on-site review. All scheduled work will be detailed in an agreed-upon scope. Any modifications or additional structural or material requirements discovered during execution will be communicated and approved prior to work continuing.
Payment terms for labor and materials are specified on individual work agreements. Invoices are due upon project completion unless an alternative milestone agreement is established in writing.
Derek La Rosa stands behind all craftsmanship. Workmanship guarantees apply to standard residential usage and are subject to the manufacturer specifications of any client-supplied materials.
